3. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are based on information available at the time of issuance.

Final pricing may vary due to:

  • Hidden or unmarked utilities

  • Soil or environmental factors

  • Scope changes requested by the customer

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Emergency or expedited services may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, site conditions, equipment availability, or safety concerns.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your written service agreement or invoice.

Excavation and underground services involve inherent risks.

  • Natural soil movement

  • Water table conditions

  • Conditions outside of our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.

We stand behind our workmanship.

Any warranty terms will be provided in writing in your service agreement.

Manufacturer warranties on materials or equipment are passed through to the customer and are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
